Not really, this is long-term rebuild


if you are expecting 10-2 or even 7-5, you dont have the right perspective.

This is a huge rebuilt from scratch. There are limited players, and no organizational set up for recruiting, and restructure the entire weight development program from scratch and reframe players bodies. much of the team is not really structured with speed size and physicalness to play a run and tough defense. Also, to be kind, many of the previous staff didnt have a clue how to coach in power 5 football, and VT has at least 4-8 years of catching up.

Oh btw, we are changing offenses and changing the defense scheme to a 3-4...
